Currently, there are 9 groups of export products reaching over 1 billion USD; in which there are 5 commodity groups with a turnover of more than 3 billion USD (wood and wood products reach over 12.3 billion USD; shrimp is estimated at over 3.7 billion USD; vegetables and fruits reach nearly 3.3 billion USD; cashew nuts reach over 3.7 billion USD; reached 3.2 billion USD; rice reached 3.07 billion USD).

The largest white rice export markets of Vietnam are the Philippines (accounting for 53.7%), Cuba (accounting for 23.5%) and South Korea (accounting for 7.7%). For jasmine and fragrant rice, the largest export markets are Ivory Coast (31.8%), Ghana (12.8%) and the Philippines (11.3%). For glutinous rice, the major export markets are China (87.9%), Indonesia (2.8%), and the Philippines (2.8%).

The EU market is the third largest market of Vietnam's agricultural exports, estimated at $3.7 billion in 2020, down 3.6% from the previous year, accounting for 8.98% of the total turnover. industry exports. The EU is also Vietnam's largest coffee consuming market, accounting for 40% of the volume and 38% of the total export turnover.
