Accordingly, the event brings together very small ethnic minorities from 11 provinces including: Lai Chau, Cao Bang, Thai Nguyen, Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, Nghe An, Quang Binh and Kon Tum.

The event was organized for the first time by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee in coordination with provinces with ethnic minorities under 10,000 people.

In particular, the art program at the opening ceremony taking place at 8:00 p.m. on November 3, 2023 at People's Square of Lai Chau province promises to bring a unique, diverse and attractive cultural party never seen before in Lai Chau province.

Lai Chau owns 6/10 mountains in the top of the most majestic mountains in the country such as Pu Si Lung, Pu Ta Leng, Bach Moc Luong Tu, Ta Lien Son, Khang Su Van, Po Ma Lung with countless colors of azalea flowers, vegetation covered with green moss and a sea of ​​floating white clouds.

Along with that is a system of 32 historical and cultural relics and ranked landscapes, relics, and monuments, creating tourist destinations with great potential for development.
