Other provinces and cities recorded a flat hog price, of which Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Phu Tho, and Hanoi had the same transaction price of 56,000 VND/kg.

Bac Giang has the highest selling price of live pigs in the region, reaching 58,000 VND/kg.

Other provinces have flat prices, the same at 57,000 VND/kg.

The price of live pigs today in the North is in the range of 56,000 - 58,000 VND/kg.

The live pig market in the Central region and the Central Highlands continued to decrease by 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Live hog prices in Quang Tri and Binh Dinh decreased by the same price to 57,000 VND/kg.

Quang Nam and Quang Ngai have the same live hog price at 59,000 VND/kg after adjusting down 1,000 VND/kg, the highest in the region.

In other provinces, prices were flat on a large scale, ranging from 53,000 to 58,000 VND/kg.

Currently, the purchase price of live pigs in the Central region and the Central Highlands ranges from 53,000 to 59,000 VND/kg.

In the southern region, live hog prices also decreased following the general trend of the market.

Live hog price in Soc Trang province is currently at the lowest level in the region at 51,000 VND/kg after reducing one price.

The two provinces of Long An and Ca Mau adjusted the price of live hog down by 1,000 VND/kg, currently at 56,000 VND/kg.

In other provinces, the price remained unchanged and remained stable in the range of 53,000 - 57,000 VND/kg.

The price of live pigs in the South today fluctuates in the range of 51,000 - 57,000 VND/kg.

Implementing the plan to prevent and control terrestrial animal diseases in 2022, in October, the Sub-Department of Livestock Production and Veterinary Medicine of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province organized the distribution of vaccines and chemicals to farmers.
